Paul Pritchard’s video “the Death of innocent Robert Dziekanski ”

Is Canada a democracy? In a democracy people have rights and elected officials write laws that apply to everyone equally. In a police state, courts and police arbitrary enforce that their opinion is law, as has happened in the Robert Dziekanski death and continued marijuana persecutions in Canada.

Zofia Cisowski is the mother of Robert Dziekanski, and she has all of my sympathy, for no parent should have to bury their child.

Robert Dziekanski, was an innocent traveler, a bit frustrated and scared after an eighteen hour flight, and a ten hour wait at an airport, where no one spoke his language.
Robert Dziekanski did nothing to warrent a rcmp officer shooting him with a gun, which is what tazers are a replacement for.
He posed no threat to anyone. In the video a person can clearly be seen approaching within 2 meters of Robert Dziekanski, and no one would do so, if they thought they would be harmed. the RCMP have lied from the start about this murder. they said there was only 3 RCMP there, whern the video clearly shows 4. the RCMP said they only tazered Robert Dziekanski once, but the video shows there may be up to 3 tazers inflicted upon Robert Dziekanski. And now the RCMP are saying that we should all wait, and not rush to judgement. Why? probably because the RCMP have some more lies to shovel out to the public.

Like this lie that has been used by the RCMP to explain how tazers never kill. “excited delierium” which will probably be used as the lie as to why Robert Dziekanski the inoocent is dead, and a mother is grieving.

following quote found at www.cbc.ca “Dr. Ian Dawe, the director of psychiatric emergency services at St. Michael’s Hospital in Toronto, says excited delirium is not a recognized mental disorder. In fact, the term is not listed in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders of the American Psychiatric Association, a handbook for professional psychologists and psychiatrists.

“The term ‘excited delirium’ has been co-opted over the course of popular culture, perhaps over the past 15 to 20 years, to refer to this group of people who experience agitation and violence,” Dawe told CBC News. ”

Robert Dziekanski is not the problem. an out of countrol police force and running amok justice system is part of the problem. less than 1 out of 100 police who break the law are ever charged with anything. And of those police charged, less that 1 out of 100 actually get punished. two tiered justice, against everything the charter of rights and freedoms stands for, where it says all are equal before the law.

this video only begs the question of: how many incidents like this have happened and were never recorded?

and the potlaws have fallen in Canada. every person charged with marijuana is a victim of police brutality.

Yet, the shameful corporate media say nothing about this. Thankfully there is the internet now, where you can read about such travisties of justice all day long, and the major corporate media matter not at all.
